Russian M44????
I picked up Refurbished, Russian M44 today. After getting it home and looking alittle closer at it, I found that the rear sight seems to be tilted to the right. If you look down the sights, the rear sight is flat on top, it appears the left side is higher than the right. If I tilt the bottom of the stock to the right slightly it corrects this. I tryed to take pictures, but was unsucessful, they didn't come out good[:(]. Has anyone ever heard of this problem? I have heard of the front sight post being bent but nothing about the rear. Any info will be helpful!!!!!
Or it could just be me

+1
Is the pin all the way through the rear sight? It not being all the way through is the only thing I could think of that might cause this.
I would say to take it out and try shooting it and see if it is off from POA.0 -
+1 on what GRD said. Inspect carefully if it is the sight blade (or what ever you call it) and not the block that is the culprit I have one that I will give you if that is what you need (just Email me). 0
