Nice try, but that was Ohio under Republican Governor Bob Taft. And it was a State court. As such, Clinton had no say over who presided over that court as state judges are elected by the people of the counties served by that state court.

okay, the law was passed PRIOR to the republican governor being elected. also, it was upheld by a court prior to the govenor or bush being in office. it counters that claim put forth by most liberals today george bush has ushered in this era of government intrustion and violation of civil rights.0
