NIKON CAMERA MODEL ID

My wife has a 35MM Nikon camera she wants to sell,but she does not know what model it is.How do we ID it.No paperwork or box for information.The only thing on the whole camera is the word NIKON.We just want to ID it to find out it's value.WE ARE NOT OFFERING IT HERE FOR SALE.Thank's in advance.

  post a picture of it. but...if its 35mm it probably isnt going to be worth much, not many people are buying film cameras these days. however, if you open the film cover sometimes nikon puts the serial # or model ID inside there
