Who eats Coyote?

    I guess in order to survive you could eat almost any thing. But to sit down and say I want a big helping of some of that Coyote I don't think so.

    Coyotes don't even eat coyote. Take one, strip the hide off it and leave it for bait. Nothing will touch it. Bury dead coyotes. WHat's that say?

    I know a man of Mexican heritage that says the old timers used to rub coyote kidneys on their knees to help the arthritis.

    Crow is a carrier for the West Nile Virus. I would stay away from her.

    I ate sea urchin guts while I was in Korea. As well as sea cucumber, whole squid (raw) and live octupi.
    I would bet that if you could get it approved you could find a market for coyote somewhere in Asia.
