Has anyone out there had any trouble with Rhinelandarms? I can't get them to ship an order I paid for Jan.4th.

  I know several folks waiting for parts that were paid for a year ago or more.

  I don't know. They keep saying soon or promise to ship tomorrow. Their phone mailbox is full and has been for awhile, so phone contact is out. And E-mail response in hit and miss
