Plinking...
I think I'm fixin to bust out the lil .22 and do some plinking. I recently installed a 50yd shooting range in the draw next to the house here. I built a custom shoting bench and fixed target holder's. It turned out pretty nice. I'm shooting into a hillside, but I went ahead and built a double wall crosstie backstop, just to be safe. Plus it look's extremely cool.[:D]

Enjoy. 22s can be a lot of relatively inexpensive fun. Also, they are the ideal firearm to use to educate and inform kids and adults about guns and gun safety. 0 -
I am also a big .22 plinker guy ... seems just so cool to shoot for hours and only cost $10.00 for ammo! I see guys plinking at our range who pay more per shot than I do for 50 shots. What is the point of the big bang? 0 -
I think the guys that do the big bang plinking, its just what they do it a hobbie. reload and shoot and see what works doesnt work. it just their hobbie spendy one but fun. non the less

Ya, i like my .22. Still on that jumbo pack of federal shots from wal-mart from last year. I had a rookie over today shootin, when he got a littl bit sassie i bumped up a level to the .40 springfield. He did good and i got my first jam up on that pistol. 0
