    That is what I was saying, Hef! I realize that one can countersue already. That is not the same as "loser pays". I guess I am not in on the joke,...........and no,........I do not watch South Park! All I know is it is some animated series. To each their own![;)]

Smokers REALLY annoy me. Just about everyone who tells me to have a nice day annoys me. WalMart shoppers annoy me. Pretentious book store customers annoy me. Women OR men who avoid eye contact and look at my crotch annoy me. Anybody with an IQ above a hamster who still insists that George Bush is a great (or even adequate) President annoy me. There are a handful of people on this board who tick me off. The old guy that I see in the mirror in the morning annoys me. That about covers it, but, I may have left someone out. If so, I sincerely apologize and will catch you later. Promise.

    You got that right Marc! Tort reform that caps the amount you can win for "pain and suffering" and "soft tissue damage" and all the other made up cry baby, win the lottery defenses that line the pockets of the lawyers.

    The candidate MR Edwards is right up their at the top of the list as one of the biggest rip off con men in the legal profession. Liberal product liability lawyers that blame the gun, cigarette, etc for the damage and not the idiot that picks it up.
