    There was a movie several years back- it involved handcuffing a fellow to a cardoor, setting a bomb to go off in a couple minutes. the fellow was given a saw with the knowledge that it would take five minutes to saw through the handcuff/door handle; or take the other option, made famous by coyotes in traps.

    A variation would be go attach his genitalia, set a time for some metabolism curtailing device, then give him a sharp knife. I guess he could have a career in the footsteps of John Bobbit.
