  homeland security money,i live in the same size small town,our local police city and county have access to a whole arsenal full of m-16s and mp-5s and we even have a armored car painted up to look like a sheriffs car, several old military blazers sitting around painted up also,if needed i doubt any of them would even start,as they haven't been moved in about 3-4 yrs from there parking areas,Loko[:D]
