spring has sprung--- turkeys are back-pic

every spring we get to watch the show in our backyard,toms and hens,sometimes up to 40-60 birds,they have used this field for the last 10 yrs as a breeding area this pic sux our camera needs better zoom,will try an update these with full strut pics as i get them

  Ain't nothing better than fresh wild turkey. Don't matter how you cook em. That 101 used to pretty good too.[:D]

  our season for spring gobbler comes in april 26 - may 23 aint no challenge in shooting one from the backyard,we dont hunt them here at the house i guess thats why they always come back,was only about 15 here today,only one tom and he aint struttin.....yet![:D]
