    Just let it go and be glad you got your money back. Accidents happen. He was a stand up guy for telling you the truth and offering you your money back.

    I would still give him a positive feedback. Just explain the situation in the feedback (GB gives you a bit of room), so it shows that the dealer is a stand-up guy. Plus, you will get another positive to your name too.

    If you go negative or neutral, you can expect the same in return.

    However you shouldn't as long as you paid and got them the FFL in a timely manner. Alot of sellers on gunbroker are some childish asses I've noticed.

    Sounds like an honest mistake and the seller is trying to do what he can to make it right. I wouldn't ding him on feedback. If you don't want to leave a positive feedback, just don't leave any at all since it's a canceled transaction anyway.
