  I like that guy that sold "mega memory" ,"secrets THEY don't want you to know" and now he is pushing some diet drug, saying he lost 45 pounds in 6 weeks or something.
  He must not think his memory program would work, and people might remember him

  Best way to get rich in real estate = write a book about getting rich in real estate.
