Had one up till a couple weeks ago. Old model .45 LC--birdhead grip, SS, shopkeeper model NEVER FIRED. Sold it cause I never shot it and had no real plans to do so. With the money, I bought something I WOULD use...an XD 45 ACP Compact. Much happier with the XD 'cause it WILL be used! 0 -
Hey ole Buddy, I had one and could not see the sight's It was a stainless steel one, Ifn you get one get it in blue. Their good gun's built like a tank. Mine was a 44 mag.

I have a pair of 5 1/2" SS Vaquero 45 Colt with the factory fake ivory grips and I love them. I use them in the cowboy shoots. I have black 2 gun holster rig. I think it goes back to when I was a kid and only had a single cap gun rig. One of the kids had a 2 gun rig and I wanted one too but never got it. 0 -
I have a "New Vaquero" with 4 5/8" barrel, .45LC. I had elkhorn grips made for it by http://www.gunfighter928.com/. It's a fantastic revolver and super-slick action! [:D] 0 -
I HAVE THE OLD ONE 45/8 BAR 357 WITH RUGER FAUX IVORY ALSO SSTEEL I LIKE VERY VERY MUCH![;)]
