Amazing..
Dream! i just had the most amazing dream, for some reason, my dreams are extremely vivid, usually they are dark, almost horrifying. But today i had a different kind, so here goes,
Some how im in iraq, im just walking through the desert, i keep walking and walking, and it seems like ive been walking for weeks, im by myself, no one is around, so im still walking and i see some sort of base, so i make it to the base, and i see a soldier, must have been patrolling the perimeter, but i walk up to him and drop to my knees, i say, "Im american, Im American, My wallets in my pocket" he tells me to stand up, i stand up. Then i realize some how i have made it to Israel, and the soldier i was talking to, was an israeli. So next im in some giant palace, must have been a hugely rich family or something, but were eating dinner, So im surrounded by all these beautiful jewish girls at this table, and theres some weird potato chips in front of me, and some kind of clear drink, but the potato chips are some kind of holy thing and im supposed to get blessed or something to eat them, so this guy at the other end of the table raises his glass to me, and i drink the most thirst quenching drink ive ever had, then some how im wandering around the palace and i meet some little kid whos on the internet, he writing a a paper for school about israel, i tell him, "i Like Israel, you guys dont seem to have so many restrictions on your soldiers, you guys let them fight the way they need to win." i dont remember if he says anything, next im back in america, talking to this guy i know named Wes, im trying to tell him about this palace ive been to, and how i walked through the desert, but it seems like he doesnt care. and then i woke up.
Man, i love my dreams, theyre like a movie i get to watch almost everynite. For a while i thought there was something wrong with me because my dreams seemed tooooo real, but i decided to just go with it.

These realistic dreams are a side-effect of something much more sinister.
In short, the CIA (or NSA) is beaming messages into your subconcious, in effect making you a sleeper agent. A byproduct of this beaming process is extremely vivid dreams, usually involving an entity named 'Wes' or 'Wesley.' Who this 'Wes' entity is, or what it represents, is still the subject of ongoing research.
The only known defense against these beamed messages is a hat constructed of tin or aluminum foil, illustrated below:

Your version has been superseded by the Dash C model (-C), Block 4.1
This latest version has the improved 102 inch spring loaded whip antenna, as well as certain proprietary internal modifications, having to do with enhancing its' resistance to EMP (Electro-Magnetic Pulse)
Please return the helmet(s) IMMEDIATELY to Aircraft Carrier for re-fit or replacement.
Failure to do so within 2 hours will cause harmful Zed Gas rays to interact with your obsolete head gear. I.E. - You and your feline assistant's eyes will melt.
Yours In Zeus,

This is going to sound off the wall, but for anyone who has had it happen, they will know and just say me too..
You are having a dream...might be scary, might be weird ---doesnt really matter--- but you tell yourself, "I know this is a dream...wake up...I know I am dreaming, I just need to wake up"...
WHen you have that happen, it gives you the weirdest feelings and thoughts....
YOu are asleep, but know you are dreaming and you tell yourself to wake up....totally weird and freaky...0 -
I am a retired locomotive engineer. I dream I at the copper mill in Hayden Arizona with a big heavy string of cars filled with copper and I can't get stopped for the end of the track, some times I am near Candle Stick park in an industrial area and I run into a commute train with me hauling a string of rock gondolas. Sometimes I dream of an actual event like running over a milk truck thinking it was a gasoline truck. 0 -
Ever have Abe Lincoln, a groundhog or an astronaut in your dreams? [:D] If you are remembering all of your dreams you are not getting good enough sleep. 0 -
I heard that the brain tries to solve problems from your awake life in the dreams.Trying out different ways of solving your problems.

Dreams are/can most definately be your subconcious telling you something, you just need to figure out what it is. 0 -
This is what I have been told in the past. It may not be 100% correct, but this is what I recall to the best of my knowledge.
REM sleep (rapid eye movement) occurs after you have been asleep for a while. REM sleep is supposed to de-program you from the stresses in your life or something like that.
If you experience a highly traumatic event, it can interfere with your REM sleep. Then, you cannot recall the event without bringing the attached mental trauma back along with it.
If you cannot recall a painful experience without getting very emotional, this is why. This can be PTSD. (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)
There is a process called EMDR (Eye Movement De-programming and
Re-processing, I think). In EMDR, a person properly trained has you follow an object, like a pen, progressively faster back and forth with your eyes while you recall the event verbally. You do not move your head. They, then have you state something that helps you cope with the event while they continue to move the object faster and faster. They then have you close your eyes and relax for a few minutes and it is supposed to artificially do what REM sleep does for you. It has been very effective in treating some people with PTSD but it is not very well known. There have been a couple programs about this on TV. It is kind of controversial and you should not attempt it on your own. Some physcologists are trained to do it it and you can probably find out more on the net.
Just some info-I'm not a doctor but I do play one when with my wife.[:D]0 -
I usually don't remember most of my dreams.
However, I'm sure I dreamed I was in the Army last night.
....woke up with a discharge in my hand0 -
