Do you boycott certain actors/actresses?
I will not watch anything starring Jane Fonda, Sean Penn, Michael Moore, Alec Baldwin, Danny Glover---too name a few.

I boycott when I have too. If for some reason I must see the movie, I purchase a ticket for another movie that I like and just slip into and view the movie that otherwise I would boycott.
Probably a more effective action than boycotting a particuar movie, actor/actress, business, etc. is for frequent group complaints to those entities claiming boycott. Since any business/money spent in spite of the boycott cannot be tracked, the entity you are complaining to will never really know for sure if they lost millions or dollars because of your threatened boycott.
In other words, the threat of a boycott and the threat of them losing millions cannot usually be tracked so they might assume your boycott was successful and because of it they could have made millions more money.0 -

How, exactly, is Will Smith offensive? I can understand Eddie Murphy. Will Smith is a genuinely nice guy, and a good actor to boot.0 -

Honest to God, last movie I saw at a theater was Turner and Hooch in about 1992. Now it's on cable. Dang, I wasted 4 dollars!
Movie actors are not real people. I couldn't care less what they do or say.0
