Back online.... feeling better...
I am sorry to have posted and then run off. I got caught by a nasty migrain. I was not at home when I saw the "pretty lights" so I pulled out my meds pack I carry with me at all times.
I had the wrong medicine in the pack, I wish I could blame someone but it was my fault. Boy did I pay an awful price for making such a mistake. If I take my meds when the lights start to flicker I can cut the headache down to a annoyance. This time it went full tilt. The good news is I am down 19 lbs.
Well Now I am off to catch up with all the posts I missed.
