Need your advice....UPDATE..PICS
UPDATE:
Caught them both last night. Apparently they have out standing warrants from Virginia also. She had died her hair brown and he had shaved his head. I will see if I can get these 2 einsteins mugshots up.

One of our retail stores got robbed last Monday night. This is about the 6th time in 7 years. Not always the same location. Anyway, our security (cameras) is good and this time a firearm was not involved. It was the Crack head boyfriend of the nightshift employee. She gave him her key and the safe combo, and he robbed us during the 3 hours a day we are closed. They both have warrants on them now but they are on the move (cops said they probably wont leave town). I am thinking about posting wanted ads with their pictures in all of our stores. Then nailing them up all over town. What would be the downside to this?

What the heck. Try it. Tell us how it works out. If things turn bad, let us know. 0 -
With security cam photos, i don't see that it could have a downside, but i'd ask the cops about it.. 0 -
I would say that as long as you leave out the words "Dead or Alive, preferrably Dead", you will probably be ok. 0 -
Reward for information leading to the arrest of Crackhead Bob. 0 -
Oh, come on, it wouldn't be right to publicly humiliate and persecute these people for a relatively minor misdeed in which no one got hurt. Leave catching them to the proper authorities. Who are you to pass judgement by saying they did wrong, anyhow? Any one of us, offered similar temptation -- who knows?
Kidding, kidding, KIDDING! Check with the police and any superiors you might have within the store chain, but if it's permitted then by all means post pictures and an interest in the whereabouts of these criminals. In addition to possibly catching them, you might also save someone else the consequences of being misled into trusting them.0 -
If you do not post the names, you are fine. Just put up the photo and say these people are wanted for robbing the store, call ###-###-#### to report their whereabouts.
Once they are actually charged with the crime, THEN you can put up their names and say "Joe Smith, pictured above, has been charged with robbing this store."
That's how you keep from getting sued. Make sure the police have all the photos as well.0 -
I'm still shocked that prosecution is still being considered an option. 0 -
CrackHeads hang with CrackHeads - Money Moves 'em - Post a REWARD, name the requirements "leading to arrest", and privacy guaranteed for party turning them in, and Presto!! You will hear from someone every time the perps move!!
Nail 'em!0 -
I cant post their names (Chris and Crystal Wolfe)???? I know, I said it was he boyfriend...they are divorced. How sweet.
There is no question, we are prosecuting.0 -
Call the investigator and see if they have a Crimestopper Program. Our paper routinely runs wanted subjects in the paper. They put their pics and a narrative about what they are wanted for. Donations to Crimestoppers pay for the reward money for info leading to their arrest. It is a very successful program. It's amazing how easy it is to get friends and family members to snitch when you dangle a couple hundred bucks in front of them.[:D] 0 -
Post a small reward. Junkies do NOT have friends. 0 -
Post the mug shots. 0 -
Glad to hear they've been caught.
You'd be amazed at the number of burglaries and robberies of businesses that are committed by employees, former employees or boyfriends/husbands of current/former employees. When they get hard up for money it's seen as the easiest target.
I once worked an armed robbery which was eventually cleared because the video showed the hyper-vigilant perp repeatedly turning his back on one employee. It was her boyfriend. Duh!0 -
The court system will slap them on the wrist and send them back to you[}:)] 0 -
Glad they got em.[:)] 0 -
Glad to hear they got caught. I'd post "before and after" photos in the office of each store so you can keep an eye out for them incase they try some type of revenge robbery.
I don't think posting them in the public areas of the store is a good idea,. But putting up various photos or the perps in a manager's office, or loss prevention office it might be beneficial in the long run.0 -
Glad to see they got them... 0 -
Cute couple. 0 -
What a pair of beauties.
Well, as long as they are locked in separate jail cells, they will be unable to reproduce.0 -
They look like nice people. 0 -
If I were you, for legal reasons, I'd delete the photo of the criminal suspects. 0 -

Really? please expalin why. They were in todays paper.0 -
If they don't get convicted of your crime, then some smart axx lawyer might sue you. For example, they might get off by pleading on a different case. You have nothing to lose by taking down their photos, but you could lose by keeping it up.
All it takes is a crummy prosecutor who screws up the case or evidence. Or a crummy jury.
Me and you are the good guys. Bad guys play by different rules.0 -
I'm thinking about taking them down on your advice. But what you are saying is that they could also sue the newspaper as well as the TV station that published their faces?
Im probably never going to see the money back. So I cant even have the satisfaction of posting there already published faces? [:(!] Anyone can access these pictures by gonig to the northwester regional jail web site!

The photos have been published in the NEWSPAPER.
Nobody is going to get sued for showing them on a forum, give me a break!0 -
It's public information so it's perfectly legal. Besides, those two have a hell of a lot more problems to worry about than what you posted on Gunbroker! 0 -
They ain't suing anybody.
He looks perfectly sane to me.0 -
