    it's a nice gun, you might want to make sure it suits the purpose before you sink that much $$ into it. I notice it has a bayonet lug. I wonder if a standard bayo will fit over the flash suppressor.

    I love the AR. The more I'm around them the more I love them. Have you thought about a DPMS? They come in 308 also. I brought one for my dad a few weeks back. It seemed like a well built gun.

    Looks nice. Just a little pricy. I'm sure you can do better than that if you look around. Nothing wrong with saving a couple hundred. Then you can buy all the accessories you need.

    Good rifle was up against the m16 in the 60's as i understand but it had problems now the problems are minute if any. I think it be a great battle rifle.

    The Armalite AR-10 carbine is the next one on my list too. Unfortunately living in IL., I may never get a chance to get one by the time I'm able to. And Armalite won't be able to produce anymore until they get their factory moved out of here after the ban and set up in another state. If the ban goes through, they could become scarce for a while if they aren't already. Last time I stopped at the factory, they were backordered for 6 months.
