XD 40 Question
This is the first time I have posted here. But I have a question about the first xd-40 that came out. What kind of barrel did it have. I have one and everybody tells me to shoot a heavy round in it and it will not shoot it. meaning its not any where near accurate. If I shoot a 155 hollow point in it it shoots very well. It seems to like the lighter stuff, I have tried the 180 and have worked it down to the 155's. I have been told the oposite should be the way it shoots. I know every gun is different,they also said it has a poly-something barrel and should shoot the heavy stuff very well.

How experienced a shooter are you? If you are shooting free hand you will probably get better results with lighter loads, especially if you aren't very experienced. I have found this to be true with people I bring shooting. 0 -
I have fair amont of knowledge with rifles and with reloading but am new to pistols. any ideas would be much appricated. 0
