Tenant and their Toyota Tundra
Had a prospective tenant come by today. Their toyota tundra was leaking transmision fluid. I spotted it and the guy flipped out. Raised the hood to check the level.. guess what?? we neither one could find a dipstick to check the amount.( just shaking my head at the Jap crap )[:D]

I've seen plenty of early 90's GM's like that. You can't directly fill the radiator, you have to fill the backup reservoir.. and then what, pull over a few minutes later and refill it?

Same old "Jap-crap" discussion. I'll take Jap-crap any day over GM, Ford or Dodge. Last Ford product I owned was a 1984 Mercury Marquis---never again. Wife and I have owned nine (9) Toyota cars and trucks. No complaints with any of them. Wife drives an 8yo Lexus and I drive a 2006 Tundra----very happy with both.

GM,Ford and Chrysler are doing away with A/T dipsticks also.Seems most dirt in auto trans filters come from peoples funnels and dust in the dipstick tube!!~ 0
