It is amazing what Tenants leave behind

Tenants notified me last week they were leaving. Moving out of town for a new job. Loaded up and gave me the key. I now have a nice new computer hutch.[:D][:D]

    This piece is going in the house. It is heavy , I like to never got it on the truck with the appliance dolly.

    I found out what a foreclosed house gets left in it. I was shopping for a house and the realtor wanted to stop and look at a new fixer upper. Hadn't been cleaned yet. Either their dog or they left something on the living room floor. If it was a dog I'd say he was a biggin.

    I have a friend that had a huge sofa in his finished basement. The stairway was so narrow, the sofa had been there for over ten years and he couldn't remember how he got the sofa down. So, when he sold the house, it was easier for him to leave it there for the new owner.

    that reminds me of move out day at the uw campus in madison wis, you would not belive some of the stuff the students leave behind..the only thing is goodwill gets first pickings

    Guess I'm the lucky landlord. I had one leave their entire collection of porn in a hall closet. Some was Home made.

    I never look at potential tenants the same anymore!

    I see the ATF did a poor job of hiding the infrared camera, microphone and antenna....

    It's a government plant of surveilance equipment. [;)] [:o)]

    When I moved out of my apartment prior to getting married, I left behind an old computer that I couldn't sell. Monitor, hard drive, mouse, keyboard, etc. Monitor and accesories in excellent condition, but all the motherboards and wiring in the hard drive was smashed, destroyed, cut through and melted. [:)]
