When you call in an order, do they have every thing you want?

They are almost the only place I order from online. I cant remember ever them not having something I wanted. They ship super fast, I usually get the stuff in less than 2 days. What's interesting is when you get the little "your item is famous" note. I've had two items come in with that note, basically stating that the item you received was the actual item used in the picture for the catalog.

I buy from them quite often, but I usually do it over the internet. If you are going to call in an order, I would suggest checking out the website(if you have access at the time) and see if it is in stock on there. Should be the same when you call in I would think.

I've had mixed results. On items that are out of stock, they sometimes change their promise date 4-5 or more times. When they say your backorder will be shipped on a certain date and that date nears or passes they send an e-mail explaining what happened and a new promise date is given. If your patient, I guess they are "okay". 0 -
Everything we've ever wanted - unless they were backordered.

I used them for over 25 years with out a problem, But for the past 4 years, they are not able to fill my order's always out of a couple of items I want. I switched to Midsouth about 2 years ago and they are like the Midway used to be, and their shipping and HANDELING is cheaper. 0 -
I do some business with them but not as much as in years past. They are out of items quite often. That in itself isn't as bad as the fact that if you back order it they charge you shipping to send the items they where out of stock on when they ship them. I will say that if it is in stock they do ship fast. I use Brownells for everything I can although they don't carry reloading supplies. I use Brownells because if an item/items are back ordered when it does ship it is shipped at no additional charge for shipping. I like that because I don't like having to pay more money becasue they couldn't keep it in stock. Not a real common thing in other industries or the shooting industry for that matter but I appreciate it. 0 -
I am surprised that more people here don't use them (Midway) 0 -
Use them quite frequently, through their website. Never had a problem,
they show what is in stock, back order, etc. Fast shipping also.
Bought ammo in link below from them, but it doesn't agree with Walther PPK/S.0 -
I use them some, but prefer Brownell's. Also use Natchez some. 0 -
I use them, AIM, and Natchez.
Always check to find the best price, as it constantly changes.0 -
I am a devoted Brownells customer.
I have tried to order somthing a few different times from Midway and they don't have it in stock.0 -
I order from Midway, Grafs, and Midsouth.
Most of the time if I am ordering a small lot of stuff, I use Grafs. Most people dismiss them because their prices are a little higher but they only charge $3.95 (for internet orders) for S&H. When you do the math, they usually come out cheaper overall.0 -
Called in an order to Midsouth Monday they were out of 3 Items out of 8. the other 3 items are due in this week if not here Monday, I will call and cancel the order. I can live with out the order. I wish more people would cancel when they don't have what you want no mater what Co. it is. 0 -
I use them sometimes. I prefer CDNNsports though because their stuff is alot cheaper then anyone else. HK AR-15 mags for instance are about half of other peoples prices. Check them for mags I order all mine from there. 0 -
