...always just made something work, and they always broke.
...Found this one, it wont break. Best thing since sliced bread for removing the thumb safety on 1911's...no scratchie and holds the plunger & spring in the tube so it dont go flying around the room [:D]..kinda freakin high though...but it's milled polymer, not poured, so it's pretty stout, somewhat flexible....[^]
...and no, I will never admit what I paid for it, would never hear the end of it...[;)]

I buy mine by the six-pack. The purpose of the widget is to release the CO2 from some of the beer in the can to create the head. The widget is a plastic, nitrogen-filled sphere with a tiny hole in it. The sphere is added to the can before the can is sealed. It floats in the beer, with the hole just slightly below the surface of the beer.
