Gun evaluator

I've been looking around the net for a little while for info on gun evaluation - from what I've heard in videos and such the position of "gun evaluator" exists but Google searches and the like don't do much.

Does anyone else know about this position and how one could apply for it?

  This is all the "evidence" I have of such a job as this as the words "gun evaluator" are mentioned in the video. Perhaps the person who is talking is using the wrong term.
  
  You needn't watch the whole thing (unless you want to), but I will mention the superimposed website - don't go there, you won't like what you find (and I truly mean that!).
  
  Also please note that this topic is not the result of seeing a video and going "wooow, I want that job!!". It is the result of hard thinking, and on second thought, if the job is all the time like what is portrayed in that video then I will be thinking twice!
