High school gun games

COLUMBUS, Ohio A group of central Ohio high school students got into a car accident while playing an elaborate year-end game of tag with toy guns.

The traditional "senior shootout" endangers motorists when students use their cars to play the game,. Students divide into teams and try to eliminate opposing players by shooting them with water pistols or toy guns that shoot foam projectiles.

The State Highway Patrol is worried that other drivers might mistake the game for a real situation. Authorities could file charges of inducing panic if toy guns were made to resemble real firearms.

    Kinda sounds fun to me too. Stupid since they are on the public roads and stuff. But fun, maybe on a backroad.

    foam darts generally move much slower than automobiles. Would make more sense with paintballs or airsoft, but few people would volunteer to have their cars shot up with those [:D]

    I've actually tried with airsoft guns. If you pull right up next to someone and you're not going to fast it works, but once you go over 25 mph the wind throws the bb's off target.

    we did that my senior yr. We called it high school mafia. we'd sign up for a buck or two get our guns (water of course) and a name and got put a hit on another player. The school had to put a stop to it the next yr. to many people barging into people houses like they where the mafia and scaring the BeeGeezes out of the rest of the family. it was alot of fun. If i remember right we made a no car chase run.
