Going Hunting tomorrow
Finally made a decision on boots after trying on several pair. I bought a pair of Irish Setters. I really liked the way they felt and they are warm and light hunting boots. I looked at the Danners, Georgia, La Cross nad Rockies but they were not as comfortable as the Irish Setters IMHO.
I also purchased a KBAR knife, fullsized fixed blade for around $36 at Sportsmans Warehouse in Loveland CO.They have quite a few more. A great deal!
Now Im ready to go. Im leaving tomorrow morning at 3am and will be back Sunday.
Wish me luck...............

Getting what feels good is the best move, but I sure hope they break in easly.[}:)] I carry a kbar USMC replica, but found with my last elk that my leatherman worked much better. The smaller blades are easier to deal with in tight places. GOOD LUCK !! 0 -
