Venison
Just picked it up from the locker plant on Friday.[:p] Had some made into chops and steaks and most of it made into hotdogs. Ended up with 43 lbs. of hotdogs actually.[:0] Man are they good!

They will add sauasage upon request(and in fact most people do have it added), but most of our family prefers them without, so they are just pure venison. Good and healthy for ya as well.[;)]

Venison hot dogs, a great idea. With the proper seasoning can make a great breakfast sausage. 0 -
Venison hotdogs are great...my daughter calls them "Bucky Dogs". [:D] 0 -

Out here we are the home of Zwiegels brand Hot dogs and sausages. It is a brand name in many grocery stores. A local wild game processor will take pork butt he buys from Zwiegels, and add it 50% to venison. He makes fresh sausages, smoked sausages, summer sausages, and the like(do a search for Tony Castanza sausages...i believe it is www.costanzasausage.com but not sure.
There are several Amish who process too, and make hotdogs, slim jim style sticks, bologna, and the fresh sausage. They usually add pork fat.
e-mail me LOKO, and I will enlighten you a little more.0
