OSHA
Anyone hear anything about a bill in congress putting OSHA in charge of ammo, powder primers etc?

no but wait till they get in charge of oil, prices will really go up just imagine if they have the same bill passed for them 0 -
OSHA is attempting to update the explosives section of the 1910 (General Industry) safety standards, and, as usual, is screwing up. They have included powder and primers under the classification of explosives. Proposed regs available for public comment. Nothing pending before congress. 0 -
It would make the manufacturing of ammo almost impossible due to costs of complying.
Does OSHA have to have congress vote on their regs? Or is this just something that could be included in a package that would get an automatic bye without discussion?
I'm getting paranoid!
