Prayer for a fine man.

Please remember my uncle Tommy Squyres in your prayers. They opened him up this afternoon to do some surgery, and just closed him back up. Cancer is everywhere. They are going to tell him in the morning.

He's married to my mothers baby sister. A Korean War Navy vetran, and a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. He was a second father to me, and I love him deeply. It will not be the same in my life without him.

Please say a prayer that he doesn't suffer too much.

    Very sad to hear this about anyone. Cancer is a very nasty way to go. I watched my father-inlaw die from it for 4 months. I'm sorry to say this, but I hope he goes quickly after he is able to say good-byes. Its a very sad thing to watch someone die in this manner.

    God be with him and you and your families. I pray he does not suffer and I pray that when God takes your uncle into His kingdom, you and those your uncle has left behind will not suffer too much heartache. He will be going to a better place after a full life surrounded by people who love him.
