What ya cookin'
Tonight we had the inner loin or catfish from my sons buck and my hog on the grill. It was the first of the hog that I had cooked on the grill and it was not bad but still tougher than the deer. I believe the rest of the hog steaks will end up as sausage or as ground pork for some home made brats.

I made cheesey beef enchaladas. They were muy bien senior.[:D] 0 -
Subway Italian BMT on Italian Herb and Cheese bread, toasted. [:p] 0 -
[8D]-Sirlon steak cut from a 5 lb roast(1lb)--Barbequed and smothered in garlic and pepper-on the barbe with corn and Russett--

Shrimp - chicken - steak in the BBQ[:D] 0 -
Spinach and ricotta tortellini seasoned with herbs and tossed in an oil and butter sauce. Baked chicken seasoned with sweet spices (ginger, cinnammon, nutmeg) and lots of pepper. Vino for m'lady and cognac for me. Blueberry pie with vanilla ice cream for dessert. 0 -
I was cravin' red beans and rice, so as I made that the wife sliced and baked some Spam-Lite![}:)]
Yeah, I know, but it tastes good!
The daughter wanted some mini-corndogs, so the wife baked some of those as well.
