Online Money Order Services???

Are there any reputable online money order services that are widely accepted and are not anti-gun like paypal and will send a money order out to whomever for whatever?

  Western Union, couldn't care less what/where/why, about the money. They rape you fees wise though. Your looking at 8%+, OUCH!

  If your looking for something like Paypal, there's an outfit called Gearpay.
  
  I signed up for an account but have not used them. Their website is Gearpay.com.

  How do they send payment, via money order on your behalf?
  Will they recover funds if necessary?
