This is one of those situation where I wish that "smart search" was a little better. I'd like to see what this guy has to offer in firearms but I don't really want to wade through 7 pages of items on the block to sort them out.

  That particular seller uses "antique store" prices on relics that do not reflect actual gun prices. A badly pitted Reichsrevolver is priced as high as a pristine one on an auction guaranteeing it will garner no bids by collectors. The hook is set for the novice.

  That's not strictly true. You can pay for extra features while creating the listing.

  Some pretty doggy guns.
  The first is an unredeemable ruster. The second, which looks somewhat like a Colt or Remington, has a breech that is shot loose. The last one despite the crack at the wrist appears to have the least corrosion damage. It looks tight at the breech and appears to be in the best condition for a decorator.
  Asking prices for rusters have gotten out of hand but then nongun decorators aren't cheap either.

  I've been following an auction that ended this a.m. Gun brought no bids(no res.,3000$ to start),looked at sellers outher 200 auctions and found 0 bids,WTH? The seller in Henry's example has 800 lines in the water and 6 nibbles. Not exactly an auction,just my opinion. Jim
  P.S. The gun I was following was relisted immediatly,same,exact ad.
