Just heard this on CBS news...Body has been found in Ohio, believed to be Jesse, the pregnant mom that has been missing...
And yes, her boyfriend has been arrested,..the married cop...

The baby could have survived, were it born now, with few if any medical interventions. She was due July 3rd.

Unfortunatly if he is found guilty he will more than likely be separated from the general population while in prison. There was a local triple murder case where a state trooper was convicted of killing his wife and two small children. He is separated from the general prison population while in prison because he was a state trooper. I think they should be with the rest of the murderer's and rapist. Who cares if they get shanked while serving their time.0 -

I don't want to hi-jack this thread, however I have questions. Now that the old wife murder Petersen in on death row San Quentin, remember Petersens alibi fishing for Ling Cod in the S.F. Bay [liar, liar, no ling cod in bay], well it was plain his murder of his 9 month pregnant wife was clearly premedicated, thus first degree murder no problem with the death sentence.
My question: Under Ohio law in order the give this confessed Ohio police officer murder of his 9 month pregnant girl friend the death penalty that most of us would like to see him get, does the prosecutor needs to show premedication and intent?
I'm sure the defense is going to allege the perpetrator acted in a fit of passion, in other-words he didn't plan on murdering his girl friend trying to save his life, however rest assured first or second degree he will never get out of prison.0
