Priceline.com claims in their tv ads that they beat travelocity. Might check them out. I don't have any personal experience with any. 0 -
I always use SouthWest vacations. 0 -
I use a local travel agent. Faster, easier, and the prices are equal or better than the online services. 0 -
I am with Nunn, I have a travel agent on staff, and have tried the on-lines against her, domestic or overseas, she always finds better deals, and often better places. 0 -
I travel internationally a lot and I check every site I can find, Sidestep.com. Gracy Travel International 800/299/8338 Annelise Rohde [Africa] Travelersnet.com pull up five pages of airlines toll free numbers - www.flyaow.com/airportcode.htm for airport codes, if you have the code you can navigate faster.
Cheaper fairs are available if you book in advance and if you can/or/will take a short stop over, I like this option I'm not fond of the 18 hour bone crusher flights to Africa.
Flights may say non-stop but that can't be so; planes have to re-fuel within 12 hours and only Military re-fuels in the air. You may get a cheaper flight going thru many countries, however sometimes taxes will eat you alive.0
