canning
I'm venturing into new territory in the kitchen. Teaching myself how to can foods with mason jars.
Unfortunately, the food that I'm canning isn't for our future use... Every jar is to be a gift for the wedding guests next month.
If you all remember the spaghetti recipe I posted a while back, that's what I'm canning. It's easier than I thought it was going to be.
Make the sauce, put it in the jar while it's still hot, put the lid on the jar and tighten it down, and put the jar in the fridge for a day or two.
