Free To Good Home: K Frame Stocks WINNER!!!
I am giving away an old but never used pair of walnut target stocks with S&W medallions for a Smith and Wesson round butt K-frame revolver. Will fit models 10, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 48, 64, 65, 66, and 67.
I rescued them in their original but dust covered blister pack from a clearance table at a local sporting goods store. Please notice: they will fit round butt K frames only.
I will draw a name at random next Saturday evening 3 Feb 07; shipping on me. Only rule: at least 100 posts on Gunbroker, (edit) and must promise to keep them and not sell them over.

what's a "k" frame?
"K" frame refers to one of the sizes of the frames on Smith&Wesson revolvers. The K frame was/is one of the most popular and produced sized frame S&W ever made. Its history runs from 1890's to present.
The Model 10/Military & Police probably armed the vast majority of US police forces at one time. S&W assigns letters to distingiush their frame sizes
J frame = Model 36, small frame.
K frame = Model 10, medium frame.
L frame = Model 686, larger meduim frame
N frame = Model 29, large frame
X frame = .500 Magnum, extra large frame

Polite Psycho, the grips for the S&W 66 got here in great shape. I'm going to put them on this afternoon to replace the damaged set on now. I'll probably end up "playing" with it for awhile now that I have some new grips to "break in" - more "wasted" time with a gun.
Some days things just work out right.[:D]
Thanks again for the opportunity and the great prize![:)][:)]0 -
You're welcome.

I wouldn't enter one of these contests unless the gun was included.
