I was looking for information on a particular brand of gun and google brought up one reference which turned out to be a list of forfeited weapons.

Looks like the Bloomington Dept has a taste for Smith and Wessons. They never destroyed a single one. Al were "retained for trading".[:0]

I love how the stolen property guns were destroyed instead of finding the rightful owner. couldn't they just have had a police auction, with the appropriate paperwork and background checks that comes with firearm purchases? I'm sure they could've made some serious bank for their department.

wow...i just read through the whole list. 25 pages bloomington, minneanapolis, st. paul....and i thought you guys were armed to the teeth. [;)]

i'd love to see what columbus oh has in stock.[:D]
