...... There are a few who post here that are the Teachers Pet, and as such are given a free pass. Then there are others like myself who are not. I've also had my threads removed like you, and also for no valid reason. No cussing,No threats,Nothing obscene. Because I'm a conservative and expressed those/my views it got erased. The guilty one's favorite drink here is RED Kool Aid. It is amazing to me how many gun owners here are the same problematic Liberals that I'm always blasting. I've learned a lesson about these Liberal gun owners in general. They talk freely among us conservatives. A more conservative minded mod asked for >you< to repost your original thread. What ya waitin on ???

Nice work, Jacob. I have seen folks turn work like that into VERY profitable hobbies. Keep it up!

This is my first attempt. I made a know sheath years ago, but that's it... I figured I'd give it a try since I couldn't afford one I liked. I am happy with the way it turned out. I wouldn't want to do anything for anyone, I don't think it's "that" good... the stitching is and looks crude, but it is the best I could do... the stiching was difficault.

I thank you all for the kind words...

    Hall,
one man's "crude" is another man's "hand made character" *LOL*
    Nice job nonetheless[:)]

...looks good...Do any tooling? I like the natural color leather.
I like the Don Hume style holster, but with some tooling and a Texas Rangers Star on it...have the stars too [:D]

Would like a rig that would go w/a certain set of grips I have.
...also a single matching mag pouch w/a flap, w/the star on the flap.
...Mods dont get your panties in a wad, geez. If the guy makes any, what can he produce, 12 a YEAR? [;)]

    These grips:

...Add a clip for in the pant carry?...which I carry on the left, for right hand cross draw...or the belt type as shown would be good too, if you could make it a slanted high ride. Make 'em for a 1911?...I can get the clips similar to the ones Don Hume uses on their in the pant holsters.

So you wont be sent to the corner [:D] you can pm me...[;)]
If not, I'm fixin to go to a big mexcin flea market and hunt down a leather guy, I like the mexcin "floral" design tooling...lah-kook-a-rah-cha...[;)]

I'm not making any for anyone... this was my first.

here you go on that matching holster... you can attach this to any holster you buy... just make sure the back doen't rub the gun, that's why mine is off to the side...[;)]

...well scratch that idea, just read where you dont think your work is good enough for someone else...ought to rethink that! Looks good.
I do some topwater bass lures ( not anymore, health reasons)...and I'm my toughest critic, sounds like you have the same problem, get past it and start making some to sell!.. Everyone is not as picky as you are on your work!...

...dang, just wasted all that finger work typing...

...yep, Montana has the exact one in my grips too and the larger one for the holster...chicago screw...just need a to glue/sew a pc of leather over the screw on the in side....did a little tooling and leather work once upon a time...thinking of getting stated again...really neat...but anything one does "crafty" that turns out good, is very satisfying...as you know. It's the biggest hoot in the world for me and other people to catch bass on lures I handmade from scratch!...[;)]

PS:...now go out and gain confidence in your work, it's good!
