The clerk says "if your account is fluid",so the clerk tries to charge the charger, "charge denied, your charge card is short". "I've run a battery of tests on my battery and it will charge if I can charge a battery charger". The clerk say sorry can't do it so the customer charges the cleark and is
charged with assault and battery.
This is my responce to henryOreilly's habit of flooding the first page with old stuff
