Im sending this email to ask for a huge favor. Our family has a very dear close friend who was recently diagnosed with leukemia. He is going to need several units of blood in the next 3 to 4 months. His doctors have said that anyone who could donate blood in his name would be wonderful. They will keep track of all the people who have donated in his name. So if donating blood is something you would do, it would be so greatly appreciated by all. If and when you decide you would like to donate, please tell the person at the time of donation that you are donating in the name of Les Mai. You can donate at the Red Cross or at Bonifils. They will then send an updated list to him with everyones name who has donated. If you have any family or friends who would like to donate, please forward this to them too. Thank you so much.

    The last week or so I haven't been able to sleep well at all... I've been getting constant on and off anxiety during the day and at night... I've been really irritable lately to... I keep getting feelings like something is really wrong but I have no idea what it is... I keep waking up every hour or so constantly during the night... I feel like crap, and I've been smoking like a chimney... I just wish I could do something about this anxiety and get some sleep... wish I knew what was wrong...

    Anyone have this sorta problem or had it?
    Any ideas or suggestions? Please I'm getting desperate. [:(]

    I lost track of some good friends of mine, They called me last night and boy was I Glad to here from them, I tryed to call them this morning and I think they gave me the wrong phone #, They said they found me on the Puter, Can some one help me get their phone # ?????? Would not be able to thank you enough. Their names are Daren and jeany Ruby and they are in Iowa. Doing the R.V. thing.

    Guys thansk for helping me set a something up as a plan to loose weight (in my other post)


    Secondly When I do join, Iam Willing to join the ARMY or MARINES, I wana be Infantry but would be willing to become an infantry medic that was trained by the ARMY or the USMC and that didnt requrie years of colledge. Then I belive they offer the GI bill and will pay for my colledge. Would Gun Smithing school count because it could help me get a career when I get out? I always have loved weapons and I would like to desighn and make custom firearms of GREAT quality. Woulnt this count as schooling? When I talked to a kid in my high school hes 17 and joing the army as artilery and he told me he talked with his recruiter and is going to boot camp this summer, and when he returns to school as a senior he will be paid untill he graduates then he is active duty the day he graduates. Could that be something I could do? My father is supports me to join the army and but he doesnt want me to become infantry because he is worried ill be killed. At such a young age he want me to join and do some thing like thats non combat oriented work on computers and that kinda stuff. I plan on doing 6 year contact infantry and he also says i should and do 4 years. Incase I hate it, I belive I wont hate it at all and it something I need disiplne and I know armed forces can help prepare you to be succesful in life.

    I used to donate blood regulary as I have an uncommon type and just love the cookies and orange juice. Alas, since my heart attack, my blood is pretty corrupted by drugs and I was told I couldn't give blood anymore.

    big800 would like to help but I can't give my blood,they won't even take my plasma. Sorry your friend has to go thru it.

    I would be happy to donate, but what if my blood type isnt the same as his? Or does it matter? I will have to wait until their set up taking blood somewhere. I usually give a pint a yr when they come to our town.

    Thanks guys. I know it is alot to ask but he is a fellow gun nut and took me out shooting alot when I was a kid. I have alot of respect for the man as he has tought me a lot over the years. My 1st real job was for him and before that i mowed his lawn for 10 years. They said it doesn't matter if your blood doesn't match we can still all donate in his name. Anything would help.
