    I used to do a lot of compatition shotgun shooting and on average i would go through 1,000 to 3,000 rounds a day just for practice. When you are shooting that much recoil is a big part of the game.

    I have tried almost all types of recoil reducers made and the ones they showed work good, But not great. Also, Pistol grips can be awquard when shooting compatition.

    I suggest going with a Counter-Coil system. They work realy well and are perfect for compatition shooting.

    Interesting - I've never shot more than a box or two of 12GA
    before at one time.

    ... can't imagine 1000+ ... to me, that'd be nuts.[8D]

    Those numbers are correct. I am NOT lieing. I mainly shot skeet and Sporting clays. I graduated from school when i was 16, So i had a few years where i had all day to do anything i wanted. So i spent my time shooting all day.

    I won many of the local and state shooting compatitions and made perty good money at it for a while. Plus, i was good friends with the range manager so i got shells at cost. Then i would sell my hulls to the reloaders and make more money.

    Unfortunatly, Like every one does, I got older.[V] I got a full time job and now i hardly have time to go shooting anymore.[V]

    But, like i said before, I shot between 1,000 and 3,000 shells every day
    No Bull.
