Get home from a hard day at work, sit on the couch, grab the remote and hit the power button. Cable box comes on, but the TV is still off. You hit it again and the set come on, but cable box is off. Yes ! You are suffering from charter/warneroutosynchrety ! No known cure. You have to get up and MANUALLY turn one or the other off/on. And remember not everyone has a remote girl!
