Why do cops harass me?
Why do cops always harass me???
Bought a used pickup last year with my refunded tax money.
Never did register it.
Dont need insurance, cause I have only had 2 crashes.
1 with a parked car in a club parking lot & once I ran over a fireplug, but dont remember too much about them.
But I am a good driver and dont need insurance anyway.
Got a speeding, no registeration, no insurance ticket last year.
Paid it with a check, Did not remember that I closed the account.
But the check bounced twice.
I was going to pay it but forgot.
Need what little money I got to go out, otherwise I would be stuck home with my mother. SO I got to get out on the weekends. And usually dont have much money left over.
Got pulled over Monday on the way to work.
3 houses from home.
For rolling a stop sign.
The AH cops gave me a ticket for no insurance, expired tag, and running the stop sign.
Thought I was done.
The cops came back and arrestted me for a suspended drivers license. Told them they were not suspended!!!!!
Well they arrested me and imponded my truck.
When they took me to jail, they said I had a outstanding arrest warrant, and found a crack pipe and some dope in the truck.
But they did not find my Glock20 hidden in the defrost duct, Haha
Now they want to charge me with:
Speeding
Failure to appear.
Driving with a suspended lic.
Expired tag
No insurance
Running stop sign
Possesion of paraphenila
Possesion of a CDS
Then to top that they put a hold on my truck!!
Is it leagal to harass me like that???

Sounds like he's from Maine where the police estimate that 25% of the drivers on the road are driving after suspension. I know a guy who has been suspended three times and he's still driving. A couple of years ago, a 30ish trucker with no license, 5 suspensions and over 25 moving violations, crashed his rig while high on pot and killed a woman. He spent a night in jail, met bail and was stopped a couple of days later while driving a friend's car. State says they want to do something about all the suspended driver's on the road, but, most of the legislators have friends or relatives that are still driving, so, nothing has really been done yet. I'm not making this up. 0 -
