    Hello git-r-done, I like your thread. Ted moved into this area recently. Probably 8/10 of a mile from me. I have yet to meet him though. I did do tree work at his new location for the previous owner some years ago.

    I would enjoy meeting him. I have alot of the same outlooks as he does and I have listened to his music since the mid 70's (drove my parents nut blasting his albums[;)][:D][}:)][:0]).

    I for one feel that he is a great spokesman for gun rights. He is a bit of the "in your face" type, but I think we are comming to a time that we need that.

    Yes we all have our work cut out for us in defending our rights.
    Gun owners need more vocal proponents for the coming battles we all face. These battles would almost be certain victory -if- only apathy could be erased from the lazy gun owners themselves, whom want someone else to do all of the fighting.

    The latest statistic I saw/heard was 80 million gun owners! I did look at the NRA site on Tuesday and they discuss having 3 million members.

    I do agree with Ted, I think it might come to a major problem at some point in the not to distant future. [:(][:(]

    But then, you look at New York City and NJ, Chicago and realize that folks simply roll over. No protests! Quite interesting![:0][:0]

    One of his hunting buddies lives in my town. I've seen him driving around a few times. I'm not a big fan of his, nor have I ever cared for his music. But he is right on when it comes to sportsmans rights and gun ownership.
