Whats the biggest POS gun you've ever owned.

    Lets see two of them I had that I got rid of rather quickly

    Firestorm .45 didnt jam or anything I just could not hit anything with it and it seemed like everytime I shot it if I held the trigger down longer than a second it would empty the entire magazine. and another POS i had was a CETME Sporter G3 rifle I could hit stuff with it but the sights were off center due to a very poor rear site welding job and it jammed constantly that and the operating rod was a pain in the rear to pull back and half the time it wouldnt chamber the round properly resulting in yet another jam that could only be cleared by recocking. NO Neither of them were used both brand new when I bought them just wierd worth thier wieght in pennies.

    springfield xd's and 2 none the less.

    Ive have one xd 45 13rnd i like it allot. I have others I like more, but wouldnt have put the xd on my worst list...

    Walther P22. I have done more work just to get that thing function than I thought possible[:(!]. But I guess it gives me something to tinker with.

    You are correct, just opinions. In my mind, XDs are for personal defense......that's what I bought mine for, but the ones I had jammed A LOT. This is not good when your life is on the line.
    Again, I know there are a lot of people out there that swear by them....I just happen to not be one of those folks.[;)]

    no 1 pos, bryco mod 59 it would hit the side of the shed if you werent aiming at it, had a firing pin held back by the sear and spring, only problem was fireing pin snapped, and fired the round in the chamber, replaced it and after about fifty rounds the second pin snapped and it fires again, slide came back and sliced the he77 out of my buddies hand, took a few stitches.

    no 2 pos was a lorcin .22 thought "cool cheap plinker," it would only fire after squeezing the trigger two times smacking the side of it and squeezing again, it wouldnt hit anything and every round stovepiped, i cleaned, i polished used expensive ammo, still a pos, tossed it into the creek to see how long it would take to rust away.

    My Ruger P90 is the most inaccurate gun I have. I still like it though. Its a good home defense weapon.

    I dont remember the model # but it was a S&W pump 12ga,I bought it new,after a couple box's it was so loose it rattled and would wobble,it kicked so hard it shot itself that loose,It kicked so hard i would get people to shoot it as a joke just to watch their face,total POS

    Browning Gold-Hunter 12 ga....Over-priced piece of yuppie-crap that wouldnt function half the time duck hunting...Made for shooting out of a clean,warm-dry blind I guess!?![:(!]

    My dad bought a Lorcin .380 back in mid 1990's and tried to give it to me recently. I turned it down and told him to sell it to a pawnshop.
    Had an H&R .22 revolver in ex cosmetic condition that shaved lead so badly I was afraid to shoot it.
    Had an RG Mod.10 that was cheap junk, but it worked.

    Now that would have to be a rarity, as the Mossberg 500 is proven to be the most dependable pump action shotgun ever produced!!!

    #1 was a Remington 870 Express-It was a great single shot and the finish melted in the sun and ran off the stock. After teh finish ran off it appeared the stock was made of pressed wood but I am not sure because I sold it right away. My RG22 was a better gun than this POS.

    #2 was Ruger MK II- While this thing did function it should have been used for a boat anchor the accuracy was so terrible. 4 foot groups at 20 feet was the norm. Came that way from the factory and was sent in and returned by Ruger the same way.

    The Mossberg 500 20 gauge is FAMOUS for this. They chamber these for a 3" shell and Mossberg churned out thousands of these things with the ejection port cut shorter than the length of an opened 3" 20 gauge shotshell. The shell would go in fine but after being fired the shell was longer than the hole it needed to come out of and caused a jam.

    If you can get by the Mossberg action which feels like it has gravel in it they are good for shooting 2 3/4" shells but no good for 3".

    Had two:

    1. Like redneckandy I had a Walther P22 and the thing stovepiped about every three rounds. Magazine did not hold the rounds level or tight (like Ruger or Brownings)

    2. Remington Viper 22 rifle. While the rifle itself wasnt terrible (not consistently accurate though), the magazine was a major POS. The floor plate came off of both magazines while in the woods and couldnt be located. Now I have one magazine with the floor plate epoxeyed in place.

    Sears .22 semi auto, never made a full clip of five go through it at all without hand cycling and pulling cases out with a screwdriver at least twice.
