State Dept doesn't recognize PA birth certs

Wow is all I can say. The US State Department does not recognize Pennsylvania birth certificates if you are trying to get a passport. My birth certificate had a piece of paper from the county vital records saying it was recorded......can't get a passport to get back into the US because it doesn't have a State seal or Stamp.

Can you believe that? I got into the military with that and got a Secret Clearance....and got into Federal Civil Service out of the US doing secret chet....but I can't get a passport to get back to my own damn country.

This'll reflect at work tomorrow. Stupid government. Jesus where does the State Department find morons like they employ in the Hawaii Passport Office?? Both my ID's are Federal. My drivers license...PA.....hmmm maybe this guy is credible....nope.
