WASHINGTON -- For three decades, the government says, Marine families who lived at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina drank water contaminated with toxins at levels as much as 40 times over today's safety standard.

    That ain't news, been common knowledge since around '80 or '82. They did a super fund clean up.
