does anyone have one, what do you think of it?

A buddy has one. He likes it, but he cannot afford to shoot it. The Lapua ammo is around $100/box (20 rounds)...you can probably find some a little cheaper than that, but it's all expensive. 0 -
I am jealous 46270 has his ar 50
I think if I had a ar 30 I would be happy.0 -

There is very little recoil with the AR-30. I would DEFINITELY go with the .338 RUM over the Lapua any day though.0 -

My 50 is tame. I think the one to be watching is the .416. JMO.
The .416 has some awesome ballistics...I only wish it had better bullet selection. As it stands, about the only thing available is the one that Barrett loads...0 -
Definately a must for handloading and reloading. I would really prefer a Sako, or if you could find an importer and accuracy international. 0 -
what I would really like a ar style 338 lapua. 0
