Federal 55gr FMJ's that retail - $72/200rds. Hope our discount is pretty substantial on them too. Along with the steel 30rd Mags from Bushmaster. $20/ea is retail. Wonder what my price on all this would be?

Get a couple of 20 rounders too. 30s can get in the way in the prone and at the bench.
I think you might do better on ammo.
You are entering a hobby in itself with all the available accessories, different uppers, barrel lengths, calibers etc.

I'd get an 18" barrel rather than a 16". You'll get better ballistics 0 -
Dontget me wrong. AR's are fine firearms, I've ownedseveral of them int he past. They are very accurate, and cheapto shooot. My own poinion thoghu, they are not a good SHTF rifle. 0
