Personally I think Free is better than free. OOo runs native on all my Linux boxes, I'm considering trying to get it to go on my Nokia 770.

Maybe I should have an ubuntu cd giveaway, it has OOo on it.

For those who don't know, OpenOffice.org is a free (as in cost) and Free (as in freedom to use/modify/etc) office suite. It has wordprocessing, spreadsheets, a slide presentation tool, and can be tied into a few different Free and free database engines. And it runs on "anything" - PCs, 64 bit PCs, Macs (PPC and Intel), Linux on various architectures, various unices ("real" Unix, BSD, etc -Mac is in here too), and the source is available so you can make it run on other things too.

I personaly like it better that "Word". and like dongizmo said you cant beat the price.
